Tip to Put Yourself Into Sleep Faster and Easier Without Any Medication

This tip sharing will help you to put yourself into sleep easily and quicker without any medication. It has no side effect and is not addictive.

First get yourself into your comfortable sleeping attire.

Lie yourself comfortably with both hands (palms) facing upwards by the side of your body and close your eyes

On your dormant hand, you can squeeze a stress ball few times or clasp your hand

The simple steps are

- Squeeze the stress ball and inhale from your nose simultaneously

- Release the stress ball and exhale through your mouth slowly

- Repeat the above steps for 5 times slowly

- After few minutes of the exercise, you will be able to sleep
